Individual Advisory
Your Next Level of Success, Inside and Out
Confidential executive advising for founders, leaders, and high achievers who are ready to think bigger, lead with more confidence, and enjoy the success they're building.
You've already proven you can succeed.
You know how to work hard, make things happen, and deliver when it counts. The next level asks something different: bigger thinking, steadier confidence, and the kind of clarity that holds up when the stakes rise.
This work is for founders, executives, and high-achieving individuals who want to keep growing what they've built, and want that growth to feel as good as it looks.
The people who truly thrive aren't always the ones with the best strategies. They're the ones willing to look inward — honestly, precisely, and without flinching.
Four areas, one direction
Every engagement is built around your goals. Most of the work falls into four areas. Many clients arrive focused on one area. The biggest growth usually comes from connecting them.
01
Area ONE
Mindset & Decision-Making
Thinking bigger, building confidence in your own judgment, challenging the thoughts that hold you back, and working through high-stakes decisions with a confidential sounding board who has no stake in the outcome.
Sounds familiar
You know you're capable of more, but you second-guess big moves, overthink decisions, or wait for a certainty that never comes.
What changes
Sharper judgment, faster decisions, and the confidence to think bigger without talking yourself out of it.
02
Area two
Leadership & Relationships
Leading with courage and openness, having the conversations that move things forward, building real trust with your team, and staying connected at the top instead of carrying everything alone.
Sounds familiar
You're respected, but you hold back in hard conversations, keep people at a distance, or feel like you carry the weight alone.
What changes
The courage to say what needs saying, deeper trust with your team, and a leadership presence people want to follow.
03
Area THREE
Balance & Boundaries
Protecting the energy your ambition runs on, setting boundaries that hold, preventing burnout before it starts, and building a life with room for more than work.
Sounds familiar
Your ambition is outrunning your energy. You can't fully switch off, and the people closest to you get what's left.
What changes
Boundaries that hold, energy you can sustain, and success that leaves room for the rest of your life.
04
Area FOUR
Purpose & Values
Defining what the next level actually means for you, clarifying the values that drive your best decisions, building an identity beyond your title, and shaping a next chapter that feels worth the effort.
Sounds familiar
You've reached goals you once dreamed of, and now you're wondering what's next, or why it doesn't feel the way you expected.
What changes
A clear definition of your next level, decisions anchored in what matters most, and a direction that feels worth pursuing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is Individual Advisory for?
Founders, executives, and high achievers who are successful by most measures and ready for their next level, inside and out. Clients typically come to McGraw Advisory wanting to think bigger, make better decisions under pressure, lead with more confidence, and enjoy the success they're building.
How is psychological advisory different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching often focuses on skills, goals, and strategy. Psychological advisory works one level deeper, on the thinking patterns, emotions, and relationships that drive how you lead and decide. It's grounded in clinical psychology, so the work addresses the reasons behind the behavior, not just the behavior itself.
What does an engagement look like?
A typical engagement runs six months, with twelve biweekly sessions of 90 minutes each. The work is built around your goals and usually draws on four areas: Mindset & Decision-Making, Leadership & Relationships, Balance & Boundaries, and Purpose & Values. Extensions are available for clients who want to go deeper.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes. Advisory sessions are confidential. If your company is sponsoring the work, goals and progress check-ins are agreed with everyone at the start, and session content stays between you and Danielle.
Are sessions online or in person?
Sessions take place virtually via secure video, so you can work with Danielle from anywhere. In-person sessions are available in the Nuremberg area by arrangement.
What does it cost?
Advisory engagements are private-pay. Pricing depends on scope and structure and is discussed during your clarity call.
What happens if something deeper comes up during our work?
Sometimes advisory work surfaces something that needs a different kind of support. If that happens, Danielle will talk it through with you work through it.
How do I get started?
Book a clarity call. It's a confidential conversation to understand what you're carrying, what you want to change, and whether working together is the right fit.
“The strategies are in place. The psychology is what actually moves the needle.”
Ready for your next level of success, inside and out?
Think bigger, lead with more confidence, and actually enjoy what you're building. It starts with one confidential conversation.
