Take Your Organization to the Next Level, Inside and Out

Evidence-based workplace wellbeing and change management programs that raise performance and employee satisfaction, without burning out the people delivering it.

The Advantage Most Companies Overlook

You already know how to deliver your product or service. You've built the strategy, the systems, and the expertise. But how do your people actually feel about coming to work?

Research consistently shows that employees who feel valued and supported work harder, stay longer, and perform better. Engagement isn't a nice-to-have. It's one of the most direct levers you have on productivity, and on taking your business to the next level.

McGraw Advisory brings clinical psychology into the organization in a form teams can actually use, improving workplace wellbeing and performance together. Assessment pinpoints where engagement is breaking down, tailored training addresses it, and confidential advisory supports the leaders whose habits shape the culture.

Your strategy is only as strong as the people carrying it out, and the culture that supports them.

Four Ways In, One Goal

Every engagement is built around your organization's goals. Most of the work falls into four areas. Many organizations start with one. The biggest gains usually come from connecting them.

01

Area ONE

The Development Pathway

Assessment that pinpoints what's holding your organization back, online learning through LEADon University, and training built around your results.

Sounds familiar

You can tell something isn't working, but you can't pinpoint where. Engagement is slipping, and training budget goes to programs that don't seem to change much.

What changes

A clear picture of where the gaps are, training that targets them directly, and data that shows progress over time.

Assess: Pinpoint What's Not Working

The DECQ gives you a clear, data-driven picture of what's happening inside your organization. It shows how people experience themselves, their team, and the company as a whole, revealing where things are working well and where they're breaking down. With more than 170 data points, it identifies the specific areas affecting morale, collaboration, and performance, so training goes where it's actually needed. Because it can be retaken, you can measure progress over time.

Develop: LEADon University

Participants continue building skills through LEADon University, an online learning platform with more than 30 courses across personal, team, and executive leadership. Topics range from conflict resolution and communication to high-performance teams, stress and burnout, and vision and values. Self-paced, mobile-friendly, and tracked with progress reporting.

Apply: Training Tailored to Your Results

Generic training gets generic results. Every workshop is built around what your assessment reveals, targeting the areas holding your teams back. The goal is practical change your people feel: stronger morale, better collaboration, higher productivity, and greater satisfaction at work. Confidential individual advisory is available for the leaders whose patterns shape the wider culture.

Area two

Transformation & Change

Change management from the inside out, working with the beliefs, emotions, and relationships that determine whether people genuinely adopt a change.

Sounds familiar

The new system is live, but people are working around it. Leaders say the right things, yet adoption is slow and the team is tired of change.

What changes

Leaders who believe in the change, teams that adopt it, and new ways of working that hold long after launch.

What We Work On

Leadership alignment: getting leaders genuinely behind the change, so they lead it with conviction rather than just announcing it

Understanding resistance: identifying what's really driving pushback, whether it's fear of losing competence, workload, identity, or trust, and addressing it at the source

Steadiness through uncertainty: helping teams stay focused and productive while roles, systems, and expectations are in flux
Preventing change fatigue: pacing the change so the organization doesn't burn out halfway through

Making it stick: embedding new ways of working so they hold long after the launch

Change happens when people are ready for it. This work gets them there.

03

Area THREE

Founder Foundations

Setting up your company psychologically before growth locks your patterns into the culture.

Sounds familiar

Your company is growing fast and you're still the bottleneck. Tension in the team is getting harder to ignore, and the culture is forming without a plan.

What changes

A culture built on purpose, a leadership team you can trust, and growth that doesn't depend on you doing everything.

What We Work On

Your leadership patterns: understanding how your habits under pressure will shape the culture, and adjusting before they become the norm

Values that guide real decisions: turning values into how hiring, feedback, and tough calls actually happen
Your first leadership team: hiring, delegating, and building trust with the people who will carry the company with you

Healthy conflict and communication: setting norms early so disagreement strengthens the company instead of making it political

Founder to CEO: letting go of doing everything yourself and stepping into leading the organization

Growth without burnout: building a pace the company, and you, can sustain

Founder Foundations combines confidential one-on-one advisory with practical work alongside your early team.

Area FOUR

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

Interactive workshops grounded in clinical psychology that build workplace wellbeing and performance, booked on their own or as part of any engagement above.

Sounds familiar

Your people are capable, but stress is rising, hard conversations get avoided, and your best performers are running low.

What changes

Practical tools your team uses right away, stronger trust and communication, and performance people can sustain.

Explore the Workshops

Every session is tailored to your organization's context and built around tools participants can apply immediately.

Formats:
Keynote or talk: 60 to 90 minutes, ideal for leadership events and all-hands meetings
Half-day workshop: focused skill-building on one topic
Full-day workshop: deeper practice, application, and team agreements
Multi-session series: spaced learning with follow-through between sessions

Delivery: In English, in person across Bavaria including Nuremberg and Munich, or virtually.

Sustainable High Performance

Burnout rarely comes from hard work alone. It comes from hard work without recovery, boundaries, or control. This workshop helps teams recognize early warning signs and build performance habits that last.
Participants leave with: a personal early-warning map, practical recovery strategies, and boundary tools that hold under pressure.

Difficult Conversations That Build Trust

Most teams don't lack communication skills. They lack the courage and structure to use them when it counts. Drawing on research-based relationship principles, this workshop builds the capacity for honest feedback, productive conflict, and repair after things go wrong.
Participants leave with: a framework for raising hard topics, strategies for de-escalating defensiveness, and repair skills for strained working relationships.

Psychological Safety in High-Performing Teams

Teams perform best when people can speak up, admit mistakes, and challenge ideas without fear. This session helps leaders understand what builds and erodes trust, and what they signal without realizing it.
Participants leave with: a clear picture of their team's trust climate, concrete leader behaviors that build safety, and ways to keep standards high while doing it.

Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Emotional intelligence is a set of skills, not a personality trait. This workshop builds self-awareness, regulation, and relational awareness in leaders, and pairs well with the DECQ for a data-informed starting point.
Participants leave with: a sharper read on their own emotional patterns, regulation tools for high-pressure moments, and strategies for reading and responding to their team.

Leading International Teams in Germany

Directness, hierarchy, and decision-making norms vary widely across cultures, and the friction is often misread as personality conflict. Designed for international leaders and mixed teams, this workshop turns cultural differences into a working advantage.
Participants leave with: a shared language for cultural working styles, strategies for calibrating directness, and practical agreements for how the team communicates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is workplace wellbeing, and why does it matter for performance?

Workplace wellbeing is how people experience their work: their energy, stress levels, sense of trust, and connection to the team and culture. It matters because wellbeing drives engagement, and engagement drives productivity, retention, and results.

How is McGraw Advisory's approach to change management different?

Most change management focuses on plans, timelines, and communication. McGraw Advisory works on the psychological side of change: the beliefs, emotions, and relationships that determine whether people genuinely adopt a change or quietly work around it. The approach is grounded in clinical psychology and designed to make change last after launch.

Where are workshops delivered, and in what language?

Workshops are delivered in English, in person across Bavaria including Nuremberg and Munich, or virtually anywhere. They're well suited to international teams and companies where English is the working language.

What is the DECQ?

The DECQ (Developing Emotional Competency Questionnaire) is an organizational assessment developed by LEADon. It shows how people experience themselves, their team, and the company as a whole, pinpointing where things are working well and where they're breaking down. Its development was published in peer-reviewed research co-authored by Danielle McGraw, PhD.

Do we need the assessment before booking a workshop?

No. Many organizations start with a workshop. The assessment is most useful when you want data to guide where to focus and a way to measure progress over time.

We already have a transformation project underway. Is it too late?

No. Many organizations bring in psychological support mid-project, often when adoption is slower than planned or resistance is higher than expected. It's never too late to address the human side of change.

Can workshops be customized?

Every workshop is tailored to your organization's context, challenges, and goals. The listed topics are starting points, not fixed scripts.

How does individual advisory for leaders stay confidential?

Advisory sessions are confidential. When an organization sponsors the work, goals and progress check-ins are agreed with everyone at the start, and session content stays between the leader and Danielle.

Lasting change in a company always starts with change in its people.

Ready to take your organization to the next level, inside and out?

Stronger performance, a healthier culture, and people who want to stay. It starts with one conversation about what your team needs.

Psychological advisory services are not psychotherapy and do not constitute medical treatment. This work focuses on performance, leadership, and personal clarity using evidence-based psychological methods. It is not a substitute for licensed psychotherapy or psychiatric care.
